Here are the suggested "nursing bracelet" instructions:

1. Put on your bracelet. Start feeding your baby on the same side you’re wearing your bracelet.

2. When you’re done nursing, switch the bracelet to your other wrist.

3. The next time you nurse, have your baby start feeding on the same side you’re wearing your bracelet.
